Epstein Emails Expose Clandestine Relationship Between Larry Summers and Young Woman, With Epstein as 'Wing Man'

Newly released correspondence from Jeffrey Epstein's archives reveals that he actively facilitated a secret romantic relationship between former Harvard economist Larry Summers and a young woman Summers referred to as his "mentee." The emails document how Epstein coordinated meetings and provided discretionary support for the relationship, raising serious questions about judgment, power dynamics, and institutional ethics. The revelations have intensified scrutiny of Summers' past conduct and contributed to his resignation from OpenAI's board. The case exemplifies how Epstein's network enabled inappropriate relationships among influential figures and highlights systemic failures in institutional oversight and accountability mechanisms.
