Another milestone for Thomas van Tonder

As South Africans look ahead to this year's festive season, they have plenty to chose from when it comes to holiday destinations. As part of the build up to the season, Thomas van Tonder has crossed the underside of the Bloukrans Bridge in the Eastern Cape using over 600 monkey bars. Van Tonder swung from bar to bar in a time of 47 minutes and 37 seconds. He has competed in six Obstacle Course Racing World Championships, securing five top-10 finishes. This was very much a first at this bridge known globally as a bungee jumping spot, highest from a bridge in the world.
