El-Sayed: "I will be Senator Mohamed to you, bro"

U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed (D-MI) fired back Sunday at President Trump, who has repeatedly mocked the candidate's Muslim faith, referring to him as "Mohamed" and alleging ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. "I get that the president of the United States takes personal offense to my first name," Mr. El-Sayed said at a rally in Grand Rapids. "But y'all, I don't care how he pronounces my name. I don't even care that he remembers my whole name. Because he can just go on and call me 'senator' after November. I will be Senator Mohamed to you, bro." #cspan #michigan #senate #election #campaign (Source: C-SPAN | Region: Washington D.C., USA)
