Inmates' Artwork Helps Shelter Dogs Find Forever Homes

Inmates at the Franklin County Corrections Center in Ohio are using their artistic talents to help shelter pups get adopted. The convicts have drawn portraits of the dogs, and shelters are displaying the artworks on their kennels. The illustrations are so impressive, people stop to take notice.
