Neighbors Band Together To Organize Patrol After Wave Of Break-Ins

An entire neighborhood is gripped by fear after a wave of break-ins by a gang wearing masks. Fed up neighbors in Ladera Heights, a suburb of Los Angeles, have banded together to try to stop the crime wave. They organized their own neighborhood patrols because they say the sheriff's department can’t adequately patrol their blocks. Each day neighbors can be found patrolling their streets.
