Putin agrees to resume Ukraine peace talks after meeting with Trump envoy

Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed in principle to resume trilateral negotiations with the U.S. and Ukraine after Nov. 10. The Kremlin says the talks will focus on building a security system for Russia and Ukraine after the war ends.
