Storm Boelo: Second named storm of the season to hit the UK

The UK is bracing for a stormy 48 hours as Storm Boelo moves in just 24 hours after Storm Austen, with risk of further travel disruption, localised flooding and difficult conditions. Storm Boelo is expected to affect northern parts of the UK, reaching north-west Scotland on Saturday evening before continuing to track eastwards overnight into Sunday.
