Toronto teen strives for Guinness World Record in 777 challenge
A 16-year-old from Toronto is trying to stride straight into the record books. She's training to become the youngest person to ever complete the ultimate endurance test: The Great World Race, seven marathons in seven days on all seven continents. Ingrid Wells has been training daily in Toronto’s east end, preparing herself for the extreme climates ahead. “I really hope that younger people see me and think, wow, she's doing something crazy, maybe I can do something like that too,” Wells said. As Touria Izri reports, she won't be doing it alone. This endurance challenge has become a family affair.
